Two different documents govern two different things, and confusing them helps nobody.
- This website — contextator.com — is governed by the terms on this page.
- The software is governed by its licence, the
GNU Affero General Public License v3 or later. The
complete text ships with every copy and every running instance serves it at
/license.txt.
Using this website
The site is published as-is, for information. You may read it, link to it, quote it and share it. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy here.
Accuracy
Everything on this site describes Contextator as it is documented in its own repository. Documentation and software both move; a page can be out of date between a change and the next deploy. Where this site and the product’s own documentation disagree, the documentation in the repository wins — it is the copy that ships with the code.
Nothing here is a promise of future behaviour, a support commitment, or a service level.
The software’s licence, in short
This is a summary for orientation. Only the licence text is binding.

If your organisation forbids AGPL software by policy, or you need to ship it inside something closed, a separate commercial licence can be granted by the copyright holder — ask at tunedness.com.
Warranty
The software is provided without warranty of any kind, as stated in sections 15 and 16 of the AGPL. This website carries no warranty either.
Trademarks
The name Contextator and the Tunedness name identify this project and its publisher. The AGPL grants rights to the code; it does not grant rights to the name. You may of course say truthfully that your work is based on Contextator.
